Very unhappy
I ordered Balvenie whiskey in August but as I was in and out of hospital I never opened the box. It was a Xmas present for my partner so didn’t want him to open it. On Xmas day he opened it and instead of whiskey it was a melon liqueur. When I got in touch they firstly told me it was not there order number and must be Master of Malt who I have never heard of. . I then emailed back a photo of the order confirmation. They came back and changed what they said and suddenly it is one of their orders. They then said it was not their box and don’t sell this liqueur. I then replied asking why it had their delivery note inside the box and I showed them a photo. I asked them to explain this. No reply. I tried calling but nobody answered and unable to leave a message. I have since emailed twice and they have ignored this. I am going to report this transaction with my bank. Would never purchase anything from this company again.
